FOX 38 Factory Grip2 29" odpružená vidlica

Enduro špecialista s veľkým zdvihom. Vidlica Float 38, navrhnutá pre moderné a nekompromisné super enduro jazdenie. Žeby o 2 mm väčší priemer vnútorných nôh mohol skutočne spraviť až taký veľký rozdiel? FOX hovorí, že áno. Ale je to, samozrejme, viac ako len o tých 2 milimetroch.

Nová vysokozdvihová enduro vidlica FOX ponúka zdvih medzi 160 – 180 mm a má jednu skrytú novinku, ktorú iné vidlice nemajú. Vnútorný tvar stĺpiku vidlice je oválny, čím sa zvyšuje tuhosť bez veľkého navýšenia hmotnosti. Zatiaľ má túto technológiu iba vidlice FOX Float 38. Označenie „Factory“ hovorí za všetko. Najlepšie technológie, ktoré vie FOX ponúknuť sú k dispozícii v modeloch Factory Series vrátane ultra odolnej originálnej povrchovej úpravy Kashima Coat, ktorá zabezpečuje maslový chod vidlice.

Tlumení GRIP 2: FOX posunul tlumení GRIP2 na další úroveň přidáním patentované technologie VVC do vysokorychlostního kompresního obvodu.VVC je patentovaný systém variabilního řízení ventilů, který umožňuje externí jemné doladění výkonu pružení.Umožňuje nastavení komprese při vysoké a nízké rychlosti a odskoku při vysoké a nízké rychlosti.
Float: Lehký systém vzduchového pružení FLOAT automaticky vyrovnává pozitivní a negativní vzduchovou komoru pro zvýšení citlivosti a trakce bez ohledu na nastavení tlaku vzduchu. Jezdci mohou doladit vlastnosti pozitivní vzduchové pružiny pomocí vložek Volume Air.
Bleeders: Vidlice mají v zadní části spodních nohou odvzdušňovací ventily, pomocí kterých můžete vyrovnat tlak v nohou vidlice s atmosférickým tlakem. Odlišný tlak ve vidlici snižuje citlivost pružení, proto jej pouhým stisknutím ventilu prstem vyrovnáte. Tlak v nohou se mění hlavně při vyšších teplotách, při intenzivním používání v dlouhých sjezdech nebo ve vysokých nadmořských výškách.
Lower Leg Channels: Nové vzduchovo-olejové kanálky umožňují nahromaděnému vzduchu ve spodních nohách přejít přes kluzná pouzdra. Druhá funkce kanálků je umožnit oleji ze spodních nohou, aby dosáhl až na vrchní těsnění (gufera) a udržoval je čerstvě namazané.
Floating Axle: Nový systém pro osu zamezuje tomu, aby byla rovnoběžnost nohou vidlice ovlivňována rozličnou šířkou předního náboje. Dokonalá souosost snižuje tření při pružení, které je tak efektivnější a plynulejší. Mechanismus na pravé noze vidlice si nastavíte přesně pro vaši šířku náboje a při zatahování osy se eliminuje stlačení nohou.
Lower Leg Arch: Můstek mezi spodníma nohama má nový zaoblený tvar, čímž se zvětšila tuhost vidlice a zároveň vznikl větší prostor mezi můstkem a rámem kola při úplném stlačení vidlice.
Oval steerer: Vnitřní tvar sloupku vidlice je oválný, čímž se zvyšuje tuhost jen s minimálním navýšením celkové hmotnosti.
