Vopred sa ospravedlnujem ak tu tato tema uz existuje... uz dlhsie zvazujem vymenit svoju mechaniku XX1 za AXS no chcel by som od Vas co ju vlastnite par skusenosti/dokazov ze sa to za tych 800e fakt vyplati... Lebo mat iba o jeden bowden menej za 800e to sa mi fakt nechce... V com je to AXS tak brutalne? Dikes

Based on your video, my initial assessment is that this sounds like a servo motor failure of some sort. Please try the Firmware Recovery process below to eliminate the possibility of a firmware related issue.
If this process does not resolve the issue, let's proceed to a warranty evaluation immediately. Please contact or visit the original point of purchase to report the issue and request warranty evaluation. Your dealer will check warranty eligibility and submit a claim if appropriate and eligible. Firmware recovery som skusil hned ako som došiel domov, bez zmeny. Včera som písal do shopu kde som to kúpil. Snáď to bude rýchly a bezproblémový proces reklamacie.
